New Pallets

We manufacture pallets to meet your specifications, whether it be a standard pallet or a custom pallet, we can get the job done! With our incredible amount of resources we can build your new pallets to your specific needs, assuring quality and on time delivery.

• Stringer pallets are the most common and in-used pallets available within the United States today. The most widely used stringer pallet is the 48" x 40" GMA.
• We'll walk you through the process of picking the right pallet for your business.

Used Pallets

Liberty Pallets offers a variety of commonly used pallets. Pallets are repaired using quality recycled materials. Truckload quantities of the most common sizes and grades are available for immediate shipment.

Wood Crates

Wood crates are built to your specifications. Get your product where it needs to go safely with one of our well constructed crates.

Heat Treated Pallets

The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) issues the regulations known as International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPMs). The one specific to wood packaging material is ISPM 15. Our heat treatment process meets all of ISPM-15 international standards.

• Meets the cleanliness and sterilization standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries
• Allows for international shipments with a mark of compliance
• Prevents the spread of insects and disease
• Reduces the moisture content and weight of the pallet
• All our wood pallets and crates can be sterilized using heat treatment.

Custom Pallets

While many businesses commit to standard sizes, transportation of products on custom pallets may be worthy. Liberty Pallets utilizes state of the art design software to assure the highest level of quality. Whether your goal is to ensure safe transportation of material or more cost-efficient pallets, our custom built pallets can meet your every need.

Block Pallets: 48" X 40"

Wholesale clubs strongly prefer block pallets.These pallets feature:

• An overall footprint of 48″ by 40″
• A minimum load-bearing capacity of 3,250 pounds
• Four-way forklift entry
• Top and bottom deck boards that are 5/8" thick
• 2 - 5 1/2" x 40" butted board on each end of the pallet top, and five 3 1/2" x 40" boards in the center
• 3 - 5 1/2" x 48" connectors/stringers
• 6 outer blocks , 3 center blocks
• A 5 1/2" x 40" board on each end of the pallet bottom, and three 5 1/2" x 37" boards between ends

GMA Pallets

48″ X 40″ GMA Pallet The Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) has established a set of standardized guidelines for all food industry pallets. Pallets manufactured to GMA specifications are typically referred to as GMA pallets. These pallets feature:

• An overall footprint of 48″ by 40″
• A minimum load-bearing capacity of 2,500 pounds
• Four-way forklift entry with two notches on the side
• Top and bottom deck boards that are 5/8" thick
• A 5 1/2" x 40" board on each end of the pallet top, and five 3 1/2" x 40" boards in the center
• A 5 1/2" x 40" board on each end of the pallet bottom, and three 3 1/2" x 40" boards between the notches
